I’m a hands-on designer. I keep my design abilities in shape and always learning new things. The business dictates my design decisions, not my taste.

My approach to design is holistic...

I work in areas which are important for a product. I will come with initiatives, solutions and ideas.

I take part in product roadmaps, MVP scoping workshops. Implementing a recent technology with developers or helping the marketing department with a new campaign. 

My design is iterrative...

My first version is always a draft, the idea is to work on some parts of the design and improve them while testing others. My projects are always open and ready for changes. 

E.g.. This portfolio had over 12 versions and revisions. I gathered feedback from various sources like google analytics data, interviews and feedback, LinkedIn.

My design process is...

Fluid and Liquid™”. I will pick the right approach after reading a project brief or requirements.

I use the six stages, extended design thinking process as a starting point, but I will adapt it to the available resources.

My” design is a team effort...

My idea of collaboration is to have everyone involved in the product design process. From the top to the bottom. Great ideas can happen everywhere, but we have to listen. 

I organized workshops, design sprints, sessions, owned ideas boards, I interviewed and listen to people about their ideas.

Sharing knowledge is an important part of my job and life. I take part in open culture by releasing fonts and art as a public domain. I mentored younger designers to help them improve their skills.
